- Review test scores and transcripts to decide whether the recruiting process continues.
- Host youth and high school camps, womens clinic, junior days, unofficial visits, and assist at practice communicating directly with prospective student-athletes, parents and coaches.
- Log visits and communication for compliance standards, update recruiting profiles and recruiting boards for coaches in ACS, and send recruitment materials.

- Worked with CSC, a security/event services provider, to review game day protocol
- Answered spectators questions as the game was held at a neutral location
- Evaluated and provided feedback to management for future games at Lucas Oil Stadium

- Assisted Director of Track Operations and coaching staff in day to day operations
- Prepared the track and facilities for competitions and on campus recruiting events
- Demonstrated the ability to work independently (e.g., compiling recruiting data for mailing lists, ordering and preparing team meals)
