I am present for the students both inside and outside the classroom to encourage and act as a secondary study resource. I can be a study partner or proofreader, as well as cheerleader. I desire to see my students succeed, I often act as a bridge from student to instructor until the students become more comfortable building a relationship with their professor, helping them maintain a studious distance and develop interpersonal skills they will use in many areas of life.
