Functioned as point of first contact within the company for Health Care Professionals calling in related to product inquiries, Sales Orders, and Repair Orders. Worked with Sales team in placing orders under account purchasing channels and resolved disputes related to technical and order entry errors.

Generates approximately $70,000 monthly in individual sales revenue.

Averaged inbound call volume of 20-40 calls daily.

Created new sales leads based on customer needs.

Placed new orders for Hearing Instruments, supplies and repairs.

Took advantage of opportunities to up-sell and pitch new devices and accessories to HCPs.

Served as an APOST certified Police officer for multiple agencies spanning St. Clair, Talladega, and Tuscaloosa counties. During this time, I had the privilege to fill numerous roles and responsibilities including Patrolman, Training Officer, School Resource Officer, and Senior Officer- In Charge. I used and applied a host of skills and TTPs to ensure the safety of the communities I served and the swift apprehension of suspected criminals.

Completed a total of 26 weeks of intensive training. Part of that training included the learning and application of crisis/conflict management skills, effective time management as well as clear and concise incident reporting.

I worked with the chief of police (Childersburg) in developing new policies that improved officer's capability and overall morale.

worked as a part time contractor for the Talladega Co. Sheriff's Office in providing on site security to area schools.

Assumed a leadership role as a Field Training Officer mentoring junior officers in developing their skills.

Trained as a criminal investigator and interviewer. Applied those skilled regularly in the field.

Received repeated verbal commendations from the St. Clair Co. District Attorney's office for my report writing and attention to detail.

Received written commendations from multiple sources including department heads and supervisors as well a front-page issue of a local newspaper for notable actions taken in the field.
