I teach the the basic concepts, movements, and philosophies associated with the art of parkour. This ranges from the different techniques used to get over obstacles - from foam blocks to metal railings - as well as acrobatic skills like dive rolls and back flips. Discipline, creativity, and how to enjoy being in the moment and being with the motion are all included within the days lesson.
