Project Manager at AerosPACE capstone project (The Boeing Company)
Participated in this multidisciplinary collaborative capstone design project, organized and sponsored by The Boeing Company. Along with a team, designed, built and flight tested a UAV for first responders. Was project manager for a team of 11 students across 4 universities around the US. Worked closely with the chief engineer to direct the design effort. Defined short and long term goals and managed the build budget allotted by Boeing, worked in all areas of the UAV design, particularly propulsion (team lead), aerodynamics, payload integration, CAD and testing (both component level and final prototype).
