Developed security procedures, created accounts and managed permission lists for all employees, server manager and group server manager functions. Managed I/O's while providing lateral support to 20 employees. Very dynamic and challenging environment. Daily IT related issues such as; network diagnosis and repair, hardware repairs, software installations, and software patching.
