Assignment(s) included: • Project/Account Manager for Enguage: managed one of agency’s largest clients, South Star Energy, managing the direct mail and digital efforts for their emerging markets in NY, NJ, OH, MD, and MI. Served as client-facing liaison for agency. Provided budgeting forecasts, established and managed production deadlines to create deliverables, gathered lessons-learned to provide feedback on effect of campaigns; maintain various records and reports. • Served as Subject Matter Expert responsible for approving all activities involving creative process and design changes affecting production and overall service delivery. • Led Service Delivery Team tasked to re-engineer service request workflow process and address client demand for reduction of delivery timelines, resulted in efficient timelines and a successfully streamlined process.
