Titus Pakalah

Titus B. Pakalah is a Liberian Human Rights Advocate and lead Campaigner at March For Justice. He is a South African Water Leadership Recipient and holds a certificate in Human Rights Studies From the University of Pretoria in South Africa. He is famously known for his unprecedented campaigns against gender inequalities and fearlessly holds his government accountable for the increase in sexual violence and FGM across Liberia. Titus has constantly been involved in result-based advocacies. In 2017, he led an anti-slavery March and petitioned the Liberian and Libyan government to repatriate his compatriots who were enslaved in Libya. On July 4, 2017, 17 Liberians were repatriated to Liberia, hes one of the leading voices who demanded the Liberian government to declare rape a national emergency. Amongst these strivesthe young Liberian has overly contested institutional weakness that has abused the essence public governance to promote equal rights and women political participation. Titus has over the time provided several opportunities for underprivileged Liberian children in areas of emergency medical support and educational funds, through his advocacies.
