An Intervention on Recovery: Mental Detachment and Elite Athletes’ Sleep
Done in my Research Methods in Psychology class. An in-class research project where I proposed that further research be done on the connection between mental detachment, psychologically removing oneself from stressors, and sleep. Specifically, if mental detachment strategies increase an elite athlete's poor sleep qualities.
