Admissions Ambassador at Medaille College

As an Admissions Ambassador we have many different responsibilities. I work a few hours in the Admissions office, answering phones, filing paperwork, giving tours to perspective students and helping the counselors with whatever else needed. We also work the open houses giving tours and helping the new students. Another job we do is working the overnight visits; we spend time with incoming freshman students and they spend the night in our room to see what it is like and then the next day they attend a shadow day to see what our classes our like at Medaille College.

As a supervisor I was responsible for the other employees on my shift. I had to make sure all of there jobs got done effectively and efficiently. I also had my own list of duties to do involving cleaning, making sure everything was set for the next shift and counting drawers.
