Tushar Sharma
Today I and my countrymen are rejoicing in the glory of successful Mars Mission. The commendable work by ISRO scientists is great inspiration for us. From complexity of space science to simpler molecular reactions of chemistry to language and programming of computers, I have been captivated by the wonders of science and technology. My interest for science goes back to the time I was at school. Having represented my school in Science and cyber Olympiad for six consecutive years, I have been exposed to variety of complex problems which demands high level of analytical ability. Participation in intensive training programs and earning recognition of merit at early age has not only boosted by confidence but also sown the seeds of my future endeavors.
When all around my friends were busy enjoying video games I was more interested in exploring Computer on internet. My personal interest lies in computer programming and software developing as it requires problem solving and application of logical thinking. Also with the help of online resources I am trying my hand on internet programming by learning HTML.
Also in addition to my academics, I am an active member of Koshish an NGO for underprivileged children. As my interest lies in computers, teaching Microsoft office to these kids and helping them to write their own letters and stories was a wonderful experience. Being a volunteer and a team leader to the Red Cross society, I actively participate in events like giving first aid helps and in various other team events.
To expand my basic knowledge into a professional qualification, I want to pursue computer engineering . Counting at the future prospects I wish to gain vast and in depth knowledge of computer field which not only be fertile for me but to my countrys growth as well.

Located on campus, the ISU Foundation employs approximately 100 student fundraisers who are responsible for contacting Iowa State University alumni and friends. Each year foundation employees raise more than $2 million to support programs and initiatives at the Iowa State. The ISU Foundation is nationally recognized as one of the most innovative and successful call centers in the country.

Ambassador at The National Society of High School Scholars
NSHSS Ambassadors are student leaders within their high schools who exhibit academic excellence and strong commitment to community service. As role models, Ambassadors are encouraged to inspire their peers to explore new initiatives within their high schools and communities by organizing community service projects and gatherings with fellow members to support the vision of NSHSS.
Ambassadors interact with each other by participating in activities such as Earth Day, AFS-USA National Day of Service and National Bully Prevention month, or other initiatives that are important to their local communities. NSHSS shares the stories of our Ambassadors at our member events held throughout the year, through social media, and in our Scholar’s Journal.
Ambassadors are responsible for playing a vital role in communicating with current and prospective members about how to make the most of membership in the Society through social media and their school network.
