Implement and manage technology systems for scheduling, membership management, and billing.
Client Experience & Retention
Deliver a high level of service by addressing client needs, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Develop and execute member retention strategies focused on long-term engagement and satisfaction. Analyze client feedback to continuously improve services, programming, and overall experience.
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, hire, and train fitness professionals and administrative staff. Provide ongoing leadership, coaching, and performance evaluations to support professional growth and accountability. Foster a positive, motivating work environment aligned with the organizations values and standards.
Marketing & Sales Strategy
Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new members through digital platforms, social media, community outreach, and strategic partnerships. Lead sales strategy and membership growth efforts, including training staff on effective client communication and sales techniques.
Programming & Innovation
Design and schedule diverse fitness programs and services aligned with member needs and industry trends. Continuously evaluate and introduce innovative offerings to maintain a competitive and relevant training environment.
Community Engagement & Partnerships
Build a strong sense of community through events, challenges, and member initiatives. Establish and maintain partnerships with local businesses and organizations to strengthen brand presence and community impact.
Professional & Risk Management
Stay current with industry research, best practices, and continuing education. Maintain professional certifications and promote ongoing development among staff. Implement safety protocols and ensure appropriate insurance coverage to mitigate risk and protect the business, staff, and members.
