Georgiann Tyrrell

I am a very involved student at Clarkson University. I am one of the co-founders of Clarkson University's new community garden, as well as the President for the Garden Club. I am the Co-President of a club called Sustainable Synergy that focuses on sustainability projects involving energy and efficiency. This past semester, I had an internship with the Institute for the Sustainable Environment at Clarkson that involved scheduling and planning the Take It or Leave It Event at the end of the semester, where students donate unwanted items to be given to local non-profits and the Salvation Army in Syracuse, NY. I am currently in Denver, Colorado attending an Internship at Food and Water Watch, an environmental non-profit.
