As Director of Business Development and Compliance, Ursula proactively identifies new business opportunities, introducing strategic marketing, communications, operations, and building and strengthening physician/provider relationships; as well as overseeing organizational compliance of both employees and 8+ healthcare facilities specializing in Retail, Compounding, Specialty, Fertility and Infusion Pharmacy Services.
Ursula oversees all functions and activities relating to compliance, credentialing/accreditation, contracting, marketing/sales strategy, implementation, and support of business development.
