Valerie Spillman

My name is Valerie Spillman, and I was born, raised, and currently live in Roanoke, Virginia. I completed my undergraduate degree at Virginia Intermont College in Bristol Virginia. At Virginia Intermont, I majored in Interdisciplinary Studies with licensure in PreK-6. I have a total of five years teaching experience. I have taught fourth grade, third grade, and kindergarten. I have also served as a paraprofessional for two years. I am presently working hard to complete my Master of Education Degree at Mary Baldwin with a licensure in Gifted Education. I love working with children and look forward to expanding my teaching experience with specialization in working with students with exceptional talents and abilities.
