A rising junior at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science in Information Technology. Optimistic, quick learner, adaptable, and proactive young woman constantly looking for new challenges and experiences to expand my knowledge and improve my professional skills. Outside of my professional career, I enjoy being the captain of WPIs Womens Varsity Volleyball Team, Society of Hispanic and Professional Engineers (SHPE) as President, International Student Council (ISC), Institute of Industrial and System Engineers (IISE), and Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).

Garret Pumps Inc. Employee Scheduling – Work Systems and Facilities Planning

• Evaluated weekly flow distance within the facility and proposed a more optimal layout featuring 3 departments determined through rank order clustering techniques, leading to streamlined operations. • Recommended removing 33 unused machines of 58, rearranging 25 machines and duplicating only 1 to increase throughput, reduce distance traveled by 90%, and free up about 23,808 ft2 of space for offices and inventory storage.

2016-2020 U.S. Hospitals Information Analysis – Data Management for Analytics

• Leveraged advanced data mining and visualization techniques using Python, such as association and correlation, logistic regression, and plots, to manipulate and wrangle the original dataset to improve readability. • Identified 5 key performance indicators pre-, during, and post-pandemic, deepening understanding of critical factors like hospital ratings, emergency services, patient experience, and care efficiency, influencing overall hospital status.
