Vivian Souza

I am a CRLA-certified peer tutor at URI specializing in accounting, finance, mathematics, the Italian language, and music theory. Through various customer-focused occupations such as tutoring, as well as the many circumstances in my life that have shaken my foundation and tested my resilience and initiative, I have developed a number of professional skills, including computer literacy, organization, communication, and critical thinking. Completing my associate degree in business with a concentration in accounting by taking all of my classes online, while also working as a tutor part-time, demonstrates my self-drive, the motivation I have to pursue my goals, and the willingness to help others with compassion, empathy, and confidence. I look forward to pursuing a dual Bachelor's in both Finance and Music Education while working in either field, for a company that allows me to express and maintain the skills and competence I've developed.
