- Identified sales opportunities and acted on leads
- Explained and negotiated service agreements
- Showcased product knowledge by marketing the trials of streaming services
- Addressed customers' needs by finding the best service for them
- Applied customer service skills working with coworkers and customers
- Completed suite set up and break down of 45 suites
- Formatted each display area according to purchase order
- Recorded inventory of all products within the suites and event areas
- Delivered products in timely fashion while under pressure

Job tasks included, but were not limited to:
- Received inbound calls/Made outbound calls regarding customers credit accounts
- Opened new lines of credit, took debit/credit payments and resolved any conflicts regarding the customer's account
- Entered member's transaction data into an online banking software
- Maintained confidentiality of bank records and personal client information
- Delivered prompt and accurate customer service
- Helped place orders while up selling company products
- Received mail regarding customer accounts, notated any information on their account and provided prompt response
- Negotiated payment plans on past due accounts
