Taylor Warren

After going through a year long intensive training program I became a full time dog groomer at Petsmart. I am responsible for bathing and styling all breeds of dogs to meet the Pet Parent's specific needs. I am trained to safely handle senior and disabled pets in order to give them a stress-free environment and a quality groom. I groom up to five dogs a day on an eight hour shift. During my shift I must also make time to do any receptionist work, educate Pet Parents, and make sure the salon is clean and presentable for our clientele. My salon ranked in the Top 10 Salons in the company for 2016 and was in the Circle of Excellence for that year.

I was responsible for caring and maintaining the habitats of many different types of animals. Animals in my care included a variety of small mammals, reptiles, birds, tarantulas, scorpions, amphibians, and a multitude of fresh water and brackish fish. It was also required of me to be well versed in dog and cat nutrition and pet care. Exceptional customer service was the foundation of our successful store.
