Business Operations Lead: Manage support and enhancements for supplier portal and lead projects geared towards reducing Home Depot’s supply chain expense. Responsibilities/Accomplishments include: -Built website which included creating 60+ pages (each page contained 4-6 webparts that I manipulated when creating the pages) and placing 300+ documents onto the site. -Implemented a content management governance process -Manage offshore team of 4 to provide support for the portal (which included over 30000 users) and acting as the liaison between IT and the Business -Implemented process to manage enhancements to the supplier portal. Included prioritization, requirements gathering, development, testing and deployment. -Managed portal notification project, which increased collaboration with our vendors and saved time for Home Depot associates (saved ~4600 person-hours per year) -Led a project that automated steps in the purchase order process and reduced the amount of non-processed purchase orders by 30% -Led an inventory forecast consolidation project that will decrease inventory shortages and increase in-stock percentages Content Administrator/Support Lead: Content Administrator/Support Lead for existing supplier portal (the portal mentioned above replaced the existing portal). Responsibilities/Accomplishments include: -Created comprehensive training guide that showed users how to use the Documentum tool to manage website content and conducted training sessions with 14 teams -Implemented Governance Model that provided users with a uniform method of updating/managing website content -Served as a first point of contact and worked with IT counterparts to resolve website issues associated with user access, page outages and content management -Implemented numerous change requests that enhanced the usability/appearance of supplier portal -Researched supplier on-boarding process, created recommendations for improvement, and presented those recommendations to leadership
