Responsibilities - Oversee all White group practices - Coordinate and evaluate group progress and individual athlete progress - Season planning for White group - Daily practice writing (4x per week) - Hiring, staffing, teaching, leading and managing White Group assistant coaches to ensure these coaches are teaching and engaging with the swimmers both in-water and during dryland activities - Conduct Staff evaluations for White group hourly coaches - Collaborate with Admin Director regarding any admin needs for the group - Collaborate with assistant coaches regarding feedback on performance and practice habits - Collaborate with Green and Red group lead coaches regarding move ups, feedback and expectations for improvement - Collaborate with SwimFit Coordinator regarding swimmers transitioning onto Competitive team - Recruit and retain swimmers to keep groups full and progressive - Periodically evaluate the group structure, setup and dynamics to determine changes and updates for progress - Parent communication about the program, swimmer specifics, swim meet participation, practice attendance and behavior, swimmer concerns, etc - Conduct White group Parent meeting 3-4 times per year or more as needed - Attend all local and travel meets where white group swimmers are participating - Set performance goals for the training group - Collaborate with the Age Group Coordinator and Developmental Coordinator on recruiting initiatives to bring talent to the program and educate non year-round swimmers and parents on the benefits of year-round swimming with NAC - Attend all placement trials scheduled for the team and collaborate with Age Group Coordinator and Developmental Coordinator on swimmers being placed onto the team, including sending placement emails to parents and following up with any questions regarding.

-Graphic Design Utilize advanced skills in Adobe CS6 to design marketing materials including, but not limited to logos, Book covers, print and web advertisements, landing pages, and info-graphic flyer. - Social media management - Helping customers to understand the process of the course - Utilize advanced skill to translate the new editions of the CIA book.
