August 2015 to JAN 2020: Adjunct Faculty for Montgomery College RN Nursing Program and Nursing Assistant program .

Geriatric (Health & Wellness in the Elderly population)- Assisted in the clinical instruction for second semester RN students on off site campus sites at other nursing facilities. Taught in a classroom setting; Professionalism and Communication for first semester RN students. Simulation Facilitator:(SEL III)- independently coordinated simulations and debriefing using the Debriefing for Meaningful Learning (DML) tool at post conference.

I instructed nursing assistant students on the importance of improving bedside assessment skills such as activities of Daily living ( taking vital signs, turning a patient, foot care, perineal care, etc.). I assisted students in the lab at Asbury Methodist Village with essential nursing assistant skills on how to take care of an adult/ geriatric resident in the assisted living.
